Pros

Good quality plastic. Not a big hassle but not super easy. Sounds like the seller addressed the difficulty getting it out because there is a hole to weave a usb/aux cable through.

When this slides in, it goes in securely.

Depth is good as well, can fit a lot of stuff into it. It fits under the oem top shelf and complete usage of storage is retained. The stock tray still fits above for a third level of organization if desired.

Cons

Mistakes happen so i returned it with an explanation of why and ordered a replacement hoping the mistake would be corrected. The exact same wrong item was just delivered. Not a like-for-like replacement.
