It appeared to fit right but the rim was bent a bit from being folded in the box so every time i opened the trunk i had to push it back in place up against the back of the seats

Then after a couple of days someone closed the trunk without pushing it back in place and it caught on the latch and tore completely through it

What i like it works and fits for the purpose it is also a fraction of the dealer price for this same item

It came shipped folded in half and there was a crease but within a few hours it has flattened out
