Rainbow fan is beautiful and a complement to my existing rainbow case fans. Clearance with my rams is good, but only because i used non-rgb low profile rams. Fully customizable rgb with the 3 pin rainbow rgb header on your pc.

Cons
Do not even attempt it without a right angled screw driver. Mounting brackets are thin soft metal that flexes way too much to get any pressure on the cpu. The fan clipping onto the fins instead of * on just feels cheap.
Tested psu, changed ram, and finally changed the cpu, and each time after reassembling fans spin for 2-3 seconds and then shut down. The lga 1700 backplate is very weak plastic and rubs against components on the back of the motherboard.
The fan is decent, but the argb is faded colors and very bluish. Is it mediocre in function? The versaitility seems to be its downfall. Still sppeks to poor qc though.
The design is so bad, i regret it so much. Save time and frustration and look elsewhere. Is it cheap? Waste of time.

As i said nothing crazy, it’s a good little workhorse machine and plays most of the stuff i enjoy great with no real issues.
The vetroo v5 completely solved the noise and heat problems i was having with my dell xps i9 having dell's stock cooler.

For the price these things can’t be beat.
Awesome cooler for the price cools my i5 12700k awesome
If your running air cooled rig’s these are rock solid for $30.
I started looking at this one since it was so cheap.

Competitiveness
It has adjustable mounting brackets for both amd and intel mother boards.
And the vetroo ran 7 to 10°c cooler than the amd cooler.
I got a little confused with the amd sticker on the intel bracket but figured out i had to use the bracket that came with my motherboard.

Almost all these cooler have mounting holes drilled into the mounting brackets sized for the different size cpus sockets

Its quiet it lowered my idle i7 13700 temps from 30 to 24 c and it would throttle the cpu in cinebench at 100 c but now maxes out at 65

This never changes in noise because it is always cooling the maximum amount and quietly
