You really have to move the hat around to get a proper press but overall it works well

Once you set it up it’s heated just lift the press place the hat it has a hat stretch knob on the front to hold the hat in place

I didn’t get instructions with it so there are some settings i do not know how to use yet

Also it didn’t come with the rubber stoppers to put on the bottom to avoid counter scratching
