Pros

This is a gravity drain so you need to make sure you are using it in a garage or basement where it can drain. Saving so much on buying ice. Bought a new refrigerator but didn't want to pay the extra $400 to buy a refrigerator with an ice machine.

A scooper comes with, and it separates the ice very easily. And it fills more ice as you use it.

The ice machine works as advertised. Hooked it up at camper. Amp; happy with that!

The ice machine is pretty awesome. Price for an awesome ice maker. Peace andamp; love & blm.

Cons

Would not purchase this ice machine not from this seller. They are foreign and the communication between the two parties was not helpful. No customer service. No one responds.

This product is plug and play, however after 4 months it stopped working. It constantly throws code e11. It shows a e04 error and keeps shutting down.

Water drips down over the ice tray it started spraying all over instead. Within 6 months there was rust all over the stainless steel and green mold on the black cover.
