Pros

Easy to install with an ice maker copper pipe tap adapter for 1/4 plumbing. The packaging was well done. Everything needed was included in the packaging, including a drain pump and water filter.

Great quality ice cubes at a very steady fast pace. Good adjustment levels for ice thickness. Quickly makes ice.

If i don't post a followup know that this little machine is doing its job and we are happy. I wish it had a bigger hopper, or had a hopper you could attach to it for additional storage.

Cons

The water pump that came with this ice machine leaks very badly. Contacted the customer service and took all of my info and never reached back to me. Sure hope they refund my money!

This one absolutely full only fills one 10 pound ice bag. Doesn't hold 44 pounds of ice as advertised. It maybe holds 18lbs.
