Reason for 4 stars is the ice comes out in a chunk and has to be broke with the scoop.

Easy installation and includes the drain pump with the machine.

I thought it was a great price too.

Pros -cost , cons- no refrigerated bin but for the price what do you expect.

Arrived on time and no shipping damage.

Packaging/appearance

Works great right out of the box.

Would fill the 35lb holding bin up within 8 hours or so.

Tapped a hole into the drain for waste water and i was making ice in less than an hour.

Competitiveness

It makes about 8 10lb bags a day realistically but i'm sure if you weighted the bags i put more than 10lbs in each.
