The bottom heat plate is surface scratched, but that doesn't in any way affect the machine. The only complaint is i can't get the timer to start and stop so it continuously beeps as i am pressing.

Cons

Who wants to go through the return process with a 30lb device? The wires are out of the control box and there’s no instructions on how to use it. Tried to contact support and couldn't connect to anyone.

The temperature is not consistent and will fluctuate about 30 degrees in either direction. The press also heats unevenly. The stand isn't sturdy and makes for uneven pressure.

Wasted money. Such a inconvenience. Terrible terrible investment waste of money.

Also very stiff when pressing down and lifting back up… hoping i can fix that myself because i’m afraid of messing up product.

But with the good iron ons you can buy on amazon and this press.
