Pros

Used twice already to unclog the drain. Sometimes after the plumber has left, it clogs right back up. Bites through serious debris like a champ.

The proper way to use it is first to use thick chemical gloves. Pull out a bit of cable and insert it into the drain until you couldn't. My rubber glove got caught pulling me in.

Cons

The machine has an inherent flaw that renders it useless. It is easy for the cable to get tangled inside the drum. The machine needs to be practically taken apart to get the cable untangled.
