    I had several damaged metal shells because the bag was ripped and they were all scattered in the box but the machine itself is well made so it didnt sustain any noticeable damage

    Its true that the product arrived looking slightly dinged up cosmetically the paint was scratched in a couple areas but that didnt matter to me

    I would like to be able to swap out the die to make other sized buttons but the seller did not return my message requesting more information on this
