I was very excited when i purchased this oven and looked forward to enjoying making pizza at home

But when i received it one of the screws to attach the door handle was faulty

I believe the part was shipped from china so i was doubtful that i would ever receive another oven handle

So i spoke to a representative on the phone from the company who makes the oven vevor breanna shes from the states and said shed also contact the distributor through email

Through amazon contact the seller i sent an email explaining the problem

The representative from china halo told me through email that shed have another oven handle sent

She kept in contact and also emailed me a postage paid return label in case things didnt work out
