Detractor has great pressure, and moves easily. After cleaning it with wd 40, its easier to maneuver. Setting the temp is kinda touchy.

It is great because if my project is thicker i can just remove one of the pads instead of adjusting the height up and down by the knobs. There is a video on youtube from the company that explains how to set up all the parts and how to use the device.

It smells like fish when you turn it on. What the temp display says versus what the temp actually is, are 2 totally different numbers. The start/pause button doesn't start the timer, so you have to count to yourself or use a separate timer.

I am livid that they do not stand by their product. The bottom plate also has a bunch of scratches on it. I woudl pick a different product and will probably donate this one and get something that has instruction doesn't shatter plates and mugs.

Spent almost $300. Should've went with gut and not ever have ordered. Refund was issued. Down the drain!
