Cons

The cantilever design combined with the bad construction makes this heat press a bad choice. I've burnt some items and melted htv. After contacting the company they still haven't contacted me back with a resolution.

Paint flakes come from the machine onto the garments. If you plan to use this for more than a couple dozen shirts, it's highly likely that the rear post that keeps everything together, will break sooner or later. The garment machine is also a bit and ... Read More

After going back and forth with cs for 2 weeks, they let me send it back and refunded my money. Sent video to vevor no replacement or refund. Gave them $260.

The whole thing is trash. The company is too. No customer satisfaction. It’s not sturdy. Too flimsy for production use.
