The final step is to attach the tray, and this simply slides into a groove cut into the bottom of the board.

Thanks to its all steel construction, i expect that the frame will hold up for quite a long time.

And i don't know if it was defective when it was shipped originally because the packaging was fine.

The board came nicely protected from damage.
