Price
Not only is it there best baby for your buck, and works great, but customer service is exceptional.
I waited for a decent prime price and bought one.
For the money, the flaws are manageable so long as everything is in order when it arrives.
Shipping
Shipping arrived on time and was easy to assemble.
I had an issue with delivery because my local fedex sucks and they couldn't find my package at first.
Packaging/appearance
The product was well packed, no issues as far as that goes.
