Pros

The shaft extends 1-3/4 and has a flat spot for securing the fan blade. The mounting bolts are slightly smaller (8-32) than the ones on my old motor. Plugged in the wires to appropriate spots on the contactor and capacitor and fired it up.

Trane ac replacement was 375 for the motor this one was 70 dollars.


I thought that was ridiculously high so i looked on amazon and found a perfectly good replacement motor this one for less than 70 bucks.

    Installation was simple only difference was a white wire where a red one was

    It should have been changed by hvac technician last year when it started making noise but he only changed the condenser
