Soon my shop was willed with a smokey haze. Top of vacuum pump is plastic and mine arrived chipped. Returned for a refund.

Took down to 1700 microns and about 10minutes of runtime then shut off on thermal. Unit runs and tends to overheat and mess the vacuum you have. My old pump at 3 cfm performs better than stated 12 cfm vevor vacuum pump.
