It leans back not much but enough for her to get a good nap as she often falls asleep after a short stroll around the block

The height is good i’m 5 ft and hubby is 6 ft and somehow this is the only one both of us are comfortable with without it even having any adjustability on that front

Before purchasing consider first this is amazon and second from a comparative perspective you can get one cheaper where the seat doesnt adjust like this one does but might have better wheels you can get one more expensive that has a car seat combo or has better padding

If you plan to be jogging or rolling over rocks or concrete on a regular basis id definitely look at a higher quality more expensive item
