Pros

It does a great job and performs as well as the more expensive brands i've bought in the past. Quality product that was reasonably priced and seems to be well built. This is a great magnet and much cheaper than the ones we have been purchasing.

Tool can be used to separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Can also be used by employees to lift heavy parts off a laser bed with an overhead hoist. Easily lifts 500lb sheets with no slippage.

Cons

Fell off several times transporting the compressor to a container 15 feet away. Tried using 4 at one time to lift a 4x8 sheet of 14 gauge.

Quality product that was reasonably priced and seems to be well built.

The handle configuration limited how i could attach to the steel as the flanges conflicted with the travel path of the handle.

You'll give up in frustration before they exchange or refund a defective product.

A very versitle tool at a reasonable price.

I bought this specifically to lift 4x4 and 4x8 sheets of steel for my cnc plasma table.

I went to lift up a 1/4 inch 4x8 sheet of steel and it picked up the one under it as well.

Not as good as an equal size magnet from eriez but it comes at a fraction of the cost.
