This brand went above and beyond a bit including a pamphlet folded inside the bottle to give you a little instruction in how to take them

I cant really tell if theyre doing their job but i havent experienced any adverse effects at all so will continue to take them daily

None of them made much of a difference in the way of cognitive benefits as i recall
