I reject the claim that they are better for your feet somehow than regular shoes because theyre more natural i think that claim is demonstrably false

If you walk improperly and buy these shoes it will mess up your feetlegship faster than more padded shoes so fix that first

Having said that i cant emphasize enough how no footwear makes it okay to walk improperly and most modern footwear actually encourages bad walking habits
