Perfect fit like a dang glove. They go in 1/4th of an inch increments so get your exact foot size. If that is what you intend to do i would definitely recommend getting a size bigger than you think you need.

Next best thing to going barefoot. Great fit and great cushion. Big toe helps with toe wriggling.

These are great for weightlifting because there is not squish or give or spring. They focus more on rubber than using eva foam and i find that it feels the most protective and natural when extending and flexing my toes.

Vibrams are great but over-priced when factoring in their break-in time and wear longevity. They are only ten bucks more but last 10 times longer. Worth the money.

Unfortunately i have to send these back and don't qualify for a full refund. If you wear toe socks with them it’s a lot better, but without socks they gave me blisters.

The rubber is very worn. There is a hole worn through the rubber into the insole.
