Pros
Glued them on with black shoegoo. Will replace worn soles with a little fitting. Is like walking in new boots! Wore out a pair of very comfortable boots, now they are back.

These soles do not have a raised heal portion so you can only use them on a boot or shoe where the heal lift in under the sole

Practice a few times before you try it though as once the two surfaces touch theres no way to adjust them anymore and correctly aligning them is tricky and takes some repetition to get it right
