I am used to being barefoot most of the time, so these are a godsend. The bottoms of your feet tend to get quite stinky, less so with toe socks. It takes a little getting used to, like gloves for your feet.

They are flexible, yet protect your feet. They actually have some arch support, in the way their soles are shaped to favor the parts of your feet that are supposed to have weight on them. The sole grips great on smooth surfaces like hardwood floors.
