So i very much recommend is vibrams for all but the heaviest of trail running

One aspect i really like about these vibrams is that i find them extremely easy to put on and take off or at least the easiest vibrams ive ever owned to put on and take off

And as a bit of a suggestion i recommend saving the cardboard inserts
