And the shoes were very tight to get in the first time however after 2 weeks they got way easier to get on they definitely shape to you

The only catch is you order these your pants will be too long and will probably need to buy pants an inch shorter or more

2 weeks wearing these and they are already sitting straighter and the pains i would get in my lower back and legs are seriously reduced
