As i mostly use them for running each pair has lasted on average 2 12 years till the sole begins to wear too thin

S if they happen to tear even at the seam some wetsuit repair epoxy is cheap and will last for years in all conditions

Since the spyridon mr elite is way wider than the original spyridon i had to get the v trail runner instead

Vibrams should fit snug you dont want a thumbs width of extra material out in front because the shoe mimics a foot not a shoe

St my picture with my old and new 5 fingers you can see that my right foot is in a size 43 what i normally wear so i ordered a 43 and it was just to big even with socks on
