So if you are a solid 8 12 shoe size and have wider feet or your feet tend to swell then size 40 would work

Unlike regular vibram soles this shoe only has rubber on the heel and on the padding under the toes

It is held together by fabric with reinforcements between the two sections of rubber so walking on rock is probably not suggested
