Pros

This is the most well packaged large item i have ever received. Loading is simple and intuitive. It's very sturdy and doesn't wobble due to the anti-wobble device.

High quality, holds heavy bikes comfortably. Seems plenty strong for my one 50-pound ebike. Other than that, the rack itself is very sturdy.

Set-up was a breeze; it expands and locks into your hitch. The anti-wobble feature works flawlessly. Both bikes ride securely and visibility out the rear window is very good.

It comes packed really well and the parts are easy to identify.

Packaging was great, very easy to assemble.

Some serious engineering went into the packing design.

Competitiveness

The locking feature is excellent and an unexpected quality feature for the price [as compared to other sub-$300 carriers].

This rack is every bit as sturdy as a yakima or thule and half the cost.

All of these fantastic features pale in comparison to vibrelli's superior customer service.

It also does it for half the price of the major brands with better features.
