Due to the design there is no worry of putting it in too far as it can go all the way to the hilt and baby should be okay

My only complaint is that when baby is fussy and momdad are stressed because they think baby has a fever it can be difficult to know if its working or if youve pushed the button the right number of times

That backlight that i like see above also turns itself out after a few seconds and the only way to get it back on is to press the button again
