Pros

This vicks dayquil/nyquil combo pack contains one of each variety of medicine. It's honey flavored to help your little one get it down.

There is more of honey than there is glycerin or propylene glycol. There is no alcohol in this product so it's safe to give it to your kids.

Cons

The aftertaste is honey at least. Expiry date within 6 months. Barely seems to help my kiddo.
