Whenever i get a cold or hay fever it goes right to my head and sinuses and leaves me unable to breathe through at least one of my nostrils sometimes both

These all work however i find that you have to use a lot and they quickly become ineffective and even worse start to prevent your sinuses from clearing naturally so you end up having to rely on them to stay clear until you finally go cold turkey and suffer being congested for a week or so to recover your natural ability to stay clear
