I also found that the photo image influenced my purchase whereas the actual instructions state that it needs to be kept out of reach of children which makes it quite difficult to position in a childs bedroom

Thankfully now my daughter is of an age where she knows not to touch it but think the photo image used here is incredibly misleading

The water capacity of the tank easily lasts 24hours but we only use ours overnight at the most and i certainly wouldnt want to leave the item full of water in a room with a child on the loose as in the amazon advert as that would be asking for disaster

Finally the noise of the unit can be a problem for light sleepers especially on the higher setting so try to position it as far away from the bed as possible to reduce this issue
