Pros

A few quick chomps followed by a bit of water and it's perfectly fine. This product is amazing, it works like a charm.

Only problem is if i take more than 1 tablet, i get nightmare-like dreams. Tablets per serving is 2 mg, so i know each tablet is 1 mg.

The tablets smell a bit odd, but you * whole, so no taste issues. The pills are tiny and are not bad tasting whatsoever. Just an fyi, they come in a container that’s at least 4 times larger then then it needs to be.

Cons

As soon as the bottle was open, the foulest odor hits you in the face. They taste almost as bad and they aren't gummies. It's seriously the worst smelling medication i've ever encountered.

It says it has 230mgs of sleep blend in this pill but it doesn't break it down by ingredient. Both of us feel like we slept well, but both of us woke up groggy.
