Pros

She knows when you get the gummies that means it's bedtime. Best part is no nightmares. Her sleep is much more regular and she falls asleep naturally.

First night trying these gave my 9 year old 2 gummies at 7. Oh and they’re apparently delicious. I wish it had a bit less sugar but it is very minimal and not daily. The flavor is not to sour like previous melatonin gummies.

Cons

The first ingredient in vicks is sucrose. The second ingredient is corn syrup. There is no reason for medicine to be colorful. The red 40 is one of the worse!
