Pros

Works great they stink because the valerian root inside has an odor. Works well to help naturally with sleep. Gentle and effective.

Takes a few days to show some effect. Could also be a placebo effect but i take it lol. It helps me relax and cuts down on night sweats.

One trip to the head unleashes any smell that had been fermenting in the hot, humid sun for 12-18 hours. The valerian in it is a little smelly, but it's no big deal to me. Not much but enough to get a better sleep.

Cons

The smell or odor or the stench of these pills are horrendous. It’s extremely difficult to even handle the pills without my stomach wrenching. I think they would be better off just including the herbals within the pill itself.

They either didn’t work, left me with the constant feeling of fatigue all day, or made me sick.

Due to tight finances i can’t afford to see a doctor right now so this is helping me fall asleep and stay asleep for now.

Amazon has a low-cost and very effective stool softener, otherwise you might be in for an unpleasant surprise.

Plus the price point for the quantity of pills is really great too when compared to similar products on the market.

All over the counter brands i tried made me drowsy and dizzy and nervous but this ones the only one that make me fall asleep!

The combination works much better than just melatonin but the taste and smell are gross.
