These are great because the menthol eucalyptus is soothing, antiviral, and helps coughing and opens up the sinuses and breathing pathways. Having sinus congestion, the menthol penetrates and helps me breathe easier when i sleep.

Cons

Mixture of medicine and chemical flavor. The expiration date is less than 6 months away!
