Vapoinhalers work great. It's great to help you breath when congested. Clears your sinuses. Some similar knockoffs have decongestants added to its menthol.

These are made fresh but it’s the ingredients they are scrimping on.
These made now are close but there’s just that little hint of something is off with the scent.
Price
If you can find it at your dollartree it’s more affordable, but still it’s worth $5- clears your sinuses.
