Smells amazing and definitely helps clear out my daughter's sinuses in the shower. No sticky mess with all the benefits.

While the concept seems sound - the end result is very disappointing.
There was no sauna effect. No vapor or steam from it. No clearing congestion. Not strong enough to clear up sinuses once the bathroom steams up.
