Pros
The filtered water feels incredibly refreshing, leaving my skin and hair noticeably softer. The vitamin c infusion adds a pleasant, subtle citrus scent. There are couple of downsides which i do not mind but it may make difference to someone else.

Even though they are all in little jiffy bags, they all got slashed open and the box was sealed back up.
So when i opened the box, i then had little white ball balls all over my kitchen.

I live in london and often have problems with shower heads due to limescale but with this one it is minimal i simple wipe the head with a toothbrush and the scale drops off

Water feels great all 3 modes are fantastic only negative is your constantly rubbing the head for the water to come out straight and not fire out at weird angles
