Speaking to a local lighting shop i was told that these leds did not draw enough current to allow the existing transformer to work properly

The body if the bulb was too tight to fit the appeture in the bulb holder which required some enlargement and adjustment

Replaced all four bulbs in cooker hood and they started flickering after a minute
