Pros

First purchase of these. Work well nice colour temp. Do check the size, they are physically larger.

Cons

These so-called 'no flicker' bulbs flicker significantly with a 12v dc supply. They are unusable unless you want a flickering fairy light type effect. Terrible product. Not very good these flicker like mad.

Quality

Worked fine with the original step down supply which is 11.

Similar brightness and colour to halogen as far as i can tell with the naked eye.

Not as bright as the 20w halogen bulbs they replaced, so a bit disappointed.

At first these wouldn't switch on with the dimmer, however when i swapped one of the 5 with 1 of the halogen g4's they did work and dimmed.
