I purchased this 2022 last night 28032024 my shower caught fire with my 9 year old son in it the council are blaming the shower head saying it pushes the water pressure back to shower which caused the shower to over heat personally i think it’s to cover their backs as there is nothing wrong with the shower head and purchased one previous to this in my old house so been using them for nearly 6 years but wanting the manufacturer to clarify if this had happened before to clear their name

I live in london and often have problems with shower heads due to limescale but with this one it is minimal i simple wipe the head with a toothbrush and the scale drops off

Water feels great all 3 modes are fantastic only negative is your constantly rubbing the head for the water to come out straight and not fire out at weird angles
