Id been very happy with its predecessor a le creuset 26cm now retailing at £125 for over 20 years until i accidentally dropped it and it broke cast iron is quite brittle

It now has no handle and a bite out of the edge usable only as a shallow griddle now

Caution these iron pans are heavy compared to similarsized tefloncoated aluminium pans so the larger ones are more difficult to lift and use if youre light of frame

This is a pan you bring the plates to and not the other way around but definitely not a millstone
