The motor is fairly quiet- you won't wake up the whole house when you move your computer. It can adjust to different heights depending on whether you want to sit or stand and how tall you are so you can still be comfortable while working on your feet.... Read More

I didn't have to bolt down the victor, it's foot plate is heavy enough to keep everything sturdy. The monitor attachments are sturdy and adjustable. The stand is very sturdy and the electric lift works great.

After about a year, when the coolness has worn off (your results may differ) it becomes a great device. Great stand. Perfect complement to my uplift desk.

Cons

I need customer support contact and a solution for this cause it is not the cheapest product to break in less than a year. Also what is the warranty period on this?

Packaging must have been performed by someone with ocd - it was amazing how perfect everything arrived.

Such an upgrade from my previous ergotron.
