Pros

This device catches several at a time! Releasing them is simple - the top opens pretty easily. Very humane, there is no place where the mouse will get caught and injured. Also releasing the mice as soon as feasible reduces the amount of mouse poop.

When the mouse goes up a ramp, it levers the door shut and does a good job of preventing escapes. They tend to hide in the entry tunnels but eventually come out and scamper away. Countertops, under sink, closets and even in between my daughters toys!

Cons

As far as functioning, it doesn't. House mice released in the wild don't fare very well.

It catches mice no better than i can catch moonbeams. But the havahart humane traps, they catch one after the other. I'd rather be killed by a high-voltage discharge than be eaten by an owl.

We won't purchase anything other than victor name brand (with the window).
