Highlights
Quality
Accuracy and stability, after warm-up, seems to be spot on.
Works very well with my an/urm-25d signal generator for alignment of radios.
It seems to provide less sensitivity and noise immunity.
Also, the supplied probe doesn't work very well.
Price
However for the price you get a counter that is handy once you know its limitations and quirks.
It is a little slow in its response time, however when the price of under $100.
Competitiveness
As another reviewer stated this counter is also rebranded as a velleman dvm13mfc2 (if it's german it must be better, lol).
I ordered the victor vc3165 from electronnix but got the tekpower tp3165 instead.
This frequency counter is actually branded under a couple of other names, too.
