The lotion is fine but package protection could have been better

Lotion makes my skin feel nice and soft but the pump on the bottle was defective which meant i had to remove the top from the bottle to get to the lotion

Love it the only thing i’m upset about is you charge me 25 for a bottle with a sticker on the bottom that says 16 and the bottle wasn’t even completely full
