I love my other victorinox blades, but this one came extremely dull. Defective or unfinished. Returned it a bought mercer m23210 instead and like it a lot better.

I bought this for sourdough bread… works really good for that and have been using it for a lot of other things too… very sharp

It’s super sharp - but like my other knife it has the handle i like that is light yet comfy to the hand.

It works well on hard crusted breads like sourdough rounds.
