Pros

Amazing knife. Muy bueno. Great friggin knife.

Use this knife for both boning and slicing. Have it on a walnut magnetic knife holder.

The victorinox is one of my favorite knives and brand, easy to use and sharpen. Sharpens easily enough using good stones or diamond sharpening tools. Steel comes in handy to realign the edge.

Cons

The handle stinks really bad for some reason. Knife itself is sharp but the stench off the handle is unbearable.
